Terms of Service

Service

We provide access to Arabic-language live TV and on-demand content through an M3U playlist, MAG portal or Active Code, depending on your device. Channel lineups can change.

Plans and payment

Plans (6 months, 1 year, 2 years) are a single payment of the published total in US dollars. Payment and activation are confirmed personally on WhatsApp, and access details are sent by email after payment is verified.

Refunds

For a first subscription purchase, contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed purchase if the service was not delivered, the order was duplicated, or a material technical issue prevents use after reasonable troubleshooting. Send your order reference, purchase date, plan, device and app, and a description of the issue to contact@goldenottiptv.com or WhatsApp +44 7383 021573. Requests are reviewed case by case. This does not remove any consumer right that cannot be waived by law.

Acceptable use

Access is for personal household use and may not be resold or shared publicly. Resellers use the separate reseller program.
